Apramol Tablet belongs to antipyretic and analgesic (pain killers) medicine which is used to relieve mild to moderate pain (such as headache, toothache, back and menstrual pain) and fever. It contains paracetamol as an active ingredient which is used to manage a wide range of painful conditions and fever. Paracetamol relieves pain by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting certain enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in synthesis of chemicals responsible for inducing pain (prostaglandins). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat-regulating centers in the brain, resulting in vessel relaxation, sweating and loss of body heat. Always take Apramol Tablet as advised by the physician. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. KEY COMPOSITION Paracetamol
