Drug - Drug interactions: Before receiving ANAFORTAN 25MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you are receiving any of the following medicine: antacids (used to relieve heartburn and indigestion) Ex. magnesium carbonate antihistamines (used to manage allergies) Ex. diphenhydramine, chlorpheniramine tricyclic antidepressants (used to manage depression) Ex. amitriptyline, imipramine phenothiazines (used to manage psychotic disorders) Ex. chlorpromazine, fluphenazine quinidine, disopyramide (used to manage irregular heartbeat) pethidine (used for moderate to severe pain) amantadine (used to manage Parkinson’s disease) Overdosage: ANAFORTAN 25MG INJECTION will be given to you only by a doctor or nurse in a hospital and so it is unlikely to receive an overdose. However, if you experience any unusual symptoms like dry mouth, swallowing and talking difficulties, flushed and hot skin (especially over neck and face), fever, difficulty in urination, decreased bowel sounds, dilated pupil, photophobia (sensitivity to bright light), blurring of near vision, palpitation (irregular heartbeat) and a scarlet rash.
