If you take more ALLERDE M than you were told to, contact your doctor or nearest hospital immediately If you forget to take ALLERDE M If you forget to take your dose on time, take it as soon as possible, then go back to your regular dosing schedule Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose If you stop taking ALLERDE M Before stop taking this medicine consult your doctor Serious Common Uncommon Rare Very Rare Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Desloratadine severe allergic reactions (difficulty in breathing, wheezing, itching, hives and swelling) Desloratadine fatigue dry mouth and headache Montelukast stomach pain or upset or heartburn tiredness, fever, cough, stuffy nose upper respiratory infection dizziness, headache increased bleeding tendency allergic reactions including swelling of the face, lips, tongue and/or throat (which may cause trouble breathing or swallowing), hives and itching drowsiness, seizures (convulsions or fits) palpitations nose bleed inflammation of the pancreas hepatitis bruising joint pain, muscle aches and muscle cramps behavior and mood-related changes NA Montelukast a feeling of pins and needles or numbness of arms or legs a flu-like illness rash severe inflammation (pain and swelling) of the sinuses (sinusitis) NA Additional Information Storage NA Do not use this medicine after the expiry date Protect from excess heat and light Keep out of reach of children Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
