All 9 Tablet is a dietary supplement used to manage nutritional deficiencies. It contains Methylcobalamin, L-methylfolate calcium and Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate helps to promote healthy functioning of the nerves. It is also used during pregnancy to manage neural tube defects and other pregnancy complications. Methylcobalamin acts by regulating body functions, like cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It produces a substance called myelin that helps in the rejuvenation and protection of damaged nerve cells. L-methylfolate is a form of folic acid that is used to manage folate deficiency and anemia. Pyridoxine is involved in the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. It also helps in cognitive development through the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters and controls normal homocysteine levels. Use All 9 Tablet as advised by your doctor.
