USES OF ALFATAM D TABLET Manage signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men HOW ALFATAM D TABLET WORKSALFATAM D TABLET reduces the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia, where dutasteride works by reducing the production of a stress hormone called dihydrotestosterone and tamsulosin works by relaxing the muscles surrounding the prostate gland, thus helps in shrinkage of prostate, making it easier for the urine to pass through and relieve the symptoms.
