ALCE AM TABLET used in the management of coughs associated with allergies such as acute and chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis disease, sneezing, nasal congestion, hay fever, itchy, red, and watery eyes, fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis), and perennial allergic rhinitis (allergies from dust and pets).

ALCE AM TABLET helps in the symptomatic management of productive coughs associated with allergic conditions. Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that decreases the sputum's thickness, makes it less viscous, and makes it easier to cough out. whereas cetirizine is an antihistamine that blocks chemicals in the body called histamines that produce allergic symptoms. The histamines are responsible for a runny nose, coughing, sneezing, and swelling of the nasal passage.

ALCE AM TABLET helps you cough up phlegm. Cetirizine present in the medicine can cause a common side effect of making you dizzy and sleepy, but not for everyone. Avoid driving or using machinery in such conditions.

Yes, ALCE AM TABLET may cause diarrhea as one of its side effects. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and eat non-spicy meals. If you have excessive diarrhea or blood in your stools, please see your doctor.
