INTRODUCTION ABOUT ADVENT 228.5MG SYRUPADVENT 228.5MG SYRUP is used to manage bacterial infections such as middle ear and sinus infections, respiratory tract infections, genital tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections such as dental infections, bone and joint infections, septic abortion (any abortion complicated by uterine infection), and abdominal infections. The symptoms of a bacterial infection may include fever, difficulty breathing, pus formation, and pain. It contains a combination of medicines called Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid, which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics. It works by preventing the growth of bacteria and helps clear up the infection. Do not take ADVENT 228.5MG SYRUP if you have a history of hypersensitivity to beta-lactams, including penicillin and cephalosporins, or any other ingredients of this medicine. It is not recommended for use if you have a history of amoxicillin-clavulanate-associated jaundice or hepatic dysfunction. Before taking ADVENT 228.5MG SYRUP, inform your doctor if you are suffering from hepatic or renal impairment. This medicine should be used with caution in pregnant women and only when necessary. Directions for Use

Take this medicine as advised by your physician. Syrup/Oral Suspension: Shake well before use. Use the dosing syringe, cup, or spoon supplied with the pack to measure the dose accurately. A dosing syringe is recommended to dose a child below the age of 3 months accurately. Dry syrup/dry suspension: Open the sachet, reconstitute the dry powder thoroughly in a glass of water, and swallow the mixture immediately. Your doctor will determine the correct dose and duration for you depending on your age, body weight, and disease condition.
