ADILIP 45MG are abdominal pain, back pain, headache, nausea, constipation, itchy welts and diarrhoea. Consult your doctor if any of the symptom worsens. USES OF ADILIP 45MGIt is used as an adjunct to diet in adult patients to manage: Severe hypertriglyceridemia Primary hypercholesterolemia or Mixed dyslipidemia HOW ADILIP 45MG WORKSADILIP 45MG works by activating a particular receptor which stimulates an enzyme that breaks down fats (lipids and cholesterol) and inhibits the production of certain agents that causes blockade of this enzyme activity thereby increasing fat breakdown process and causing a faster elimination from blood which results in reducing the cholesterol levels.
