It contains octinoxate, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, benzopheone-3, tinosorb-M, alpha tocopheryl acetate and dead sea minerals as active ingredients that help protect the skin from UV rays. Octinoxate mainly protects against UV-B rays and against UVA rays to some extent, which penetrates deeper into the skin and damage the skin cells. Zinc helps to protect cells from damage, delays ageing process, and manages skin dryness by filtering out the harmful UV rays. Titanium dioxide blocks UVA and UVB rays and protects the skin. Benzophenone helps to manage degradation of other ingredients from UV light. Tinosorb-M can protect from both UVA and UVB rays, by absorbing, reflecting and scattering the rays.
