ACIZO 1000mg Tablet is an alkalinizing agent used to correct metabolic acidosis (increased acidity of blood and urine). It can also be used as a replacement therapy for patients suffering from severe diarrhea and can manage injection site irritation in patients receiving IV fluids or injections. It contains sodium bicarbonate as the active ingredient which is a base (alkaline) compound. Following consumption, sodium bicarbonate restores the pH of blood and urine to the normal levels and reverses the clinical manifestations of metabolic acidosis. Use ACIZO 1000mg Tablet only as advised by your doctor. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Do not exceed the daily recommended dosage.
